Tryouts
Physical - you need to print this form and take it to your doctor for a physical. It must be filled out completely and signed by him before you are allowed to tryout.
Emergency Consent Form - This form needs to be completed and signed by your guardian and must include your insurance information.
Summer Camp

High School soccer camp for all incoming Freshmen through returning Seniors. This camp is designed for anyone interested in trying out for the soccer teams in the fall. It is not mandatory to attend, but will serve as an opportunity for the coaching staff to work with and evaluate players before the start of the high school.
